Join Dr. Jodi Ashbrook on a journey of Gratitude. This 90-minute session will open with a unique "wish paper" exercise designed to recognize and give thanks for where you are in your life, and open a doorway for all that you wish to create. 

We will further explore the concept of being thankful through a 60-minute Yoga flow [open to all fitness levels], and will close with a special Guided Meditation that you can take with you off your mat to practice calming, opening and receiving in your everyday life. 

This time is designed to be more than just a yoga workshop...It is a holistic experience, a Journey. Let me be your guide and join me as we recognize & honor this symbolic time of year with all of our bodies: Physical, Emotional & Spiritual.
