Each track on the album is between 5-10 minutes long, and is designed for the moments when we need meditation the most—the morning, mid-day and right before you fall asleep.
I have also created meditations for you to use when you may need a confidence boost, some positive inspiration and/or guidance to release emotions and thoughts that are triggered by life's day-to-day events.
